Kalista Resort

Absolutely marvellous place to stay. The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet and charming village a few kilometres away from the town centre. The village itself is surrounded by stunning peaks, which appear close enough to touch. There are apple orchards as well, which we simply fell in love with. Our room was large and comfortable, and well furnished. The bathroom was sparkingly clean. We are very particular about bathrooms, and this was easily the best bathroom that we've seen in all our travels so far - clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the food is good. We could also walk around the village along pleasant roads, with superb views of the mountains and friendly villagers. We truly had a wonderful stay, and wish the same for others that are looking to stay here in this wonderful hotel.

Though it is a bit away from Main Town, It is perfect for those who look for a quiet environment. The road to reach the hotel is not in a good shape, but you can't blame the hotel for that. You may require Hotel staff to navigate you to reach the hotel if you are coming for the first time to this part of Manali where this hotel is situated. The best part is that Solang valley and Atal tunnel are near from the hotel. The location is excellent. Staff is superb, helpful, extremely polite and will go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Big ventilated rooms, Big windows. You can enjoy the sunshine sitting on the bed (Superb feeling) (Room 101) :) ; Breakfast is worth -

Location of property is close to nature and you can see white mountains from room. Staff was very polite and rooms were neat and clean

Wonderful stay, hospitable staff, delicious food, cleanliness, rates are nominal, comfortable room, awesome views from the balcony. it is a good place to relax with your family, the only thing is they dont have a lift so if you are plannjng to travel with older people be mindful of it.
